Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Not cheap, but you get what you pay for I bought two of these when we did a second story addition. I had to use wall fans because of the framing configuration in the two bathrooms. I looked for quite a while for a wall fan that didn't sound like a jet engine when you turned it on. This model is REALLY quiet, and still moves a lot of air. They were pricey, but they have been very reliable and I have not had any problems, now running on to 9 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Awesome bath fan! Moved into a rental property which has this installed. Curious, I looked the model up online to find out a bit more. VERY quiet and pulls the air very well. Not sure what the cost of the unit was, but it is a great product. Intsalled for more than 5 years and running like a champ!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from What about air sealing?? I can't believe nobody thinks about air sealing when the fan is off! Yes, it is an attractive and quiet fan, but if your house is in the North and gets any amount of wind, put your hand on it... lots of cold air coming into the house (and hot air leaving it). For this reason I'm sorry to say I can't recommend this product. I will be replacing it with one that seals when off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Wall fan was our only option but very pleased When we remodeled our master bath in a recently purchased older home, I discovered the two old, noisy exhaust fans were vented to inaccessible attic space. The only option to correct the situation was a wall fan. I was a bit nervous about cutting a hole in the side of my house but installation was straight forward and easier than ceiling exhaust fans I've installed in the past. Noise was important and this Panasonic is VERY quiet. It's only rated at 70 CFM but really seems to pull a lot more air than the 2 old ceiling exhaust fans. It is pricey but worth the money for me.
