Caroline Becker was appointed Vice President, Human Resources in October 2018. Caroline is responsible for the overall strategy and development of Human Resources in the United States. This includes people recruitment, talent acquisition, learning & development, benefits & payroll, and HR administration. The HR organization uses agile methodologies to ensure we can deliver quickly and effectively to our people so they can thrive in their careers.

Prior to assuming this role, Caroline was the HR Director for the NW Region of Rexel USA. Caroline has a life long career in Human Resources in industries including distribution, retail, healthcare and insurance. Caroline is a graduate of University of Southern Queensland, Australia with a Bachelor of Arts.
