I bought this from Platt.com, delivered to local Platt. Excellent experience and an outstanding fan. Being inline, and with so many ways to mount it, I finally solved the issue I had with all other fans: They must be installed "pre-sheetrock" and I was putting into an existing lath and plaster ceiling. I used a 5" hole-saw for the inlet, mounted fan to attic floor, and used solid duct to roof (22" away). Not what the manuf. suggests for noise, but satisfied my city.
