NEMA Advantage Full Voltage Non-reversing Starter, 270A, 120VAC Coil

The Cutler-Hammer line of contactors and starters dates back to the early 1920s in Milwaukee, WI. Changes in coil construction, making the first moisture-proof vacuum with impregnated coils, were innovations in this line of contactors and starters manufactured before the 3-Star line (now known as the Pre 3-Star). Eutectic alloy overloads were used later in this design with the design change to the 3-Star line.
