The soft glow indicator light makes it easy to find the dimmer in the dark and identifies the brightness level to which the dimmer will turn on. The new Night Mode feature can automatically sense when the room is dark and identifies the brightness level to which the dimmer will turn on. When the paddle is turned on while in Night Mode, the light will very gradually rise to the slider’s preset level. The extended rise -to-on and fade-to-off feature reduces light exposure and eye strain when you need to turn the lights on in the middle of the night.
