This product is part of the Nema Limit Switches range, an offer of heavy duty metal limit switches. The limit switch is a device that converts a mechanical motion into an electrical control signal. It has 1 normally closed + 1 normally opened, SPDT (single pole double throw) form C, snap action contacts. The steel spring return parallel roller plunger operator supports a lateral approach, 2 directions and switch actuation by 30° cam. It is furnished with 4-pin M12 micro AC type 1 keyway bottom male connector for electrical connection. It offers mechanical durability of about 10 million operating cycles and electrical durability of about 100000 operating cycles. It is a safety switch with a rated operating current of 5A at 28V DC, 3A at 120V AC, 3A at 240V AC and conventional enclosed thermal current of 10A. It is an IP67 and NEMA 1/2/4/6/6P rated product. This NEMA limit switch has fixed body made of metal. Its dimensions are 39.62mm (width) x 15.75mm (depth) x 44.45mm (height) and weighs 0.54kg. It is suitable for use in packaging machinery such as packaging machines and shrink wrap, food and beverage machinery applications such as bottling and canning, process machinery such as machine tools, plastic, rubber and moulding. This product is certified by UL, CSA and CE. It complies with UL 508, NEMA A600 and C22-2-14 standards. Bottom entrance cable connections along with a symmetrical design and top mounting holes for easy gang mounting of several switches for multiple switching.
