This product is part of the XC Special range, an offer of limit switches. This limit switch is a device that converts a mechanical motion into an electrical control signal. It is suitable for hoisting and mechanical handling applications. Special format limit switches for severe environments. It has 2 x (1 normally closed and 1 normally open), snap action contacts with positive opening operation and provides switch actuation by any moving part. It has a rated operational current of 3A at 240VAC (A300) (AC-15), 0.27A at 250VDC (Q300)(DC13) and a conventional enclosed thermal current of 5A. Its mechanical durability is 10 million operating cycles and electrical durability is 5 million operating cycles. It is furnished with screw clamp terminals for electrical connection. It has a metal square rods lever stay put crossed and supports lateral approach in 2 directions. The movement of operating head is rotary. It is an IP54 rated product. Limit switch has 1 entry tapped for PG13.5 cable gland. The limit switch has dimensions of 3.35inches (Width) x 2.95 inches (Depth) x 3.74 inches (Height) and weighs 2.50 lbs. It meets CSA C22.2 No 14, EN 60947-5-1, EN 60204-1, IEC 60204-1, IEC 60947-5-1 and NF C 79-130 standards. This product is certified by CSA and CCC. The IEC limit switch offers a positive opening on all snap contacts, for safer machinery. The switch is available with modular design for easier maintenance.
