poor design jumper bar
This jumper bar it two pins to short, not to mention it is way to thick it makes it almost impossible to put a wire into the pin where you have to overlap the jumper to cover all 36 pins in the cable head. whoever designed this needs to be fired and never work as a design engineer again.
