NOT PG&E APPROVED
Be advised that when working in California and PG&E is the power supplier, these are NOT approved for install. I got called on it and had to replace it. The approved ones are PLATT # 01550, 01551, 015638, 015639 depending on your size and phase requirements. Hope this helps save someone in the future.
